Analysis of NME contents page
The contents page has 8 pictures on it has the title as "inside this week" and underneath is the date, it has one big picture in the middle to show the feature article and underneath a quote off the article and the page number. around the sides of the page is little other pictures of some pages and there the quotes underneath also on the side has the page number, It also has a plus section on here same as the plus at the front of the magazine. The background is very plain and white but the pictures fill up the space and makes it work. It has an advert on the contents page asking you to subscribe for a price which is a deal so that readers will subscribe and therefore will have to get a magazine every week and that will keep the magazine running. On this contents page there is a younger and older artists for different target audiences this will expand thetre market and also help keep the magazine avaible. The feature article is the biggest so that all the readers will go straight onto that page and read that one it has a picture and a quote with the page number next to it. I think with more picture sit makes the page look more attractive and less boring so this works well.

Emma, this blog is certainly taking shape. I cannot find your finished products for your preliminary task. Make sure you get them on your blog. Other than that you are doing sound. Now get cracking on your own products.
