The contents page is double sided, the main colours are red, black and white. The main picture is jay z this shows that the target audience is younger and into rap and hip hop music as most of the magazine has artist like that in them. It shows feature articles like lady gaga and Dave grohl. It shows features, which are interviews with bands. It has Regulars such as gig guides. Qmail, new to q which the younger people will like as its all new music which will be current and they will enjoy. It has a Q quiz inside as one of the regulars which shows maybe the older generation may buy the magazine as they like to do crosswords and quiz's. It also has the Q review which is mostly about Rhianna, once again shows the target audience as younger people as they are into that type of music and wound interested in a article about Rhianna. The older generation may read a different article such as Bob Geldof as its there type of person that they like, it shows this onto the contents page which ill encourage them to buy the magazine. The contents page has 9 pictures on showing the main picture of 2 feature articles. It has pictures then a quote with the page number on as well so people can find the page easier.
