Summary Of Questionnaire

By conducting a questionnaire, i discovered that 80% of people asked said they would like a college magazine. This shows there is a market for the magazine. After i had to establish if people where prepared to pay for the magazine and found out that 45% said that they wouldn't pay for it, considering 60% of people said they would pay 50p, £1 and £1.50 for it. I then asked how often would you like to see the magazine, 90% of people said fortnightly or monthly this automatically rules out weekly and every term. Inside the magazine the majority of people wanted a gossip page, college information, events guide and a jobs section, they were the top 4 that people chose. For another question i asked what would make you read the magazine? Most people said the cover such as the colours, images. I think a lot of people just focus on the front cover of a magazine so its very important. So i need to make the front cover very eye catching, some people wanted important and relevant news in the area. 80% said they wouldn't subscribe to the magazine, maybe adding deals such 50% off when you subscribe. The last important question was what would you like to see on the front cover of the magazine? they mostly wanted pictures of students maybe at college parties and the all wanted bright colours to make it very eye catching to the reader and also to make it interesting.
