Title ENCORE- I selected this name as it has positive connotations especially after a performance it means the audience liked them and want to see more its also about concerts so i thought it was a good suitable name for the magazine.
Costumes and props- for the front cover i didnt really use any props but we used make up for the model to look more prosentable for the magazine also for the pictures for the contents page we used glitter and little pink props to go with the colour code for the contents page.
Images- In the front cover image there is alot of attutide the way she is making eye contact with the readers, the shot is quite close up but works with the cover. Just from looking at the front cover you can see the target audience age which would be round late teens and early twentys.
Contents page- The contents page has one main picture and two smaller ones underneath it has breifs quotes from the pages and articles also there is a little picture in the top left hand corner which i think is a good use of the image. There is a blue long box down the left hand side and has all the information for whats in the magazine and the page numbers.
Genre- the genre of music for my magazine is hip hop and R&B i chose this genre as i enjoy that type of music and know alot about artists that sing that type of genre. I also read a few magazines that did the same genre of music and they were really good as they appealed to me more as i like there music that they are talking about this is another reason why i chose the type of genre that i did.
House style- All of the above fit all together as a house theme mostly because the font is the same on most pages and the language of writting is the same throughout the magazine. The cover of the magazine i think is very appealing to the audience that i was planning to target. I think there is a gap in the market for a magazine like mine even though there are magaiznes similar like billboard asnd vibe magazine i think mine has an extra something as inside the magaizne we talk about things that are not in the other magaiznes so i think its very unique.
